Licence FAA !!

Well, as some people (who is that ?) seemed to doubt about the authenticity of the Temporary Airmen Certicate, here is a copy of the FAA Pilot Card I received today... m'enfin ...!!!

P51 & other cool stuff...

This WE I went to the Valiant Air Comand, a kind of museum. A member of the Sport Aviation Club is a pilot of a P51 Mustang there. So we got the amazing opportunity to seat in the cockpit of this amazing airplane and a nice tour in the museum with Scoot Yoak "Scooter", our friend pilot of the P51... AWESOME !
The picture of the P51 flying is not mine, but this is the very same aircraft.

Key West & Miami !!!!

The last WE was a long WE (monday off due to Veteran Day). We went (me & Masashi & Marton) to Key West via Miami. A quite long trip by car (950 miles in the 3 days) but also a really good WE! Key West is a really nice place, looking like caribean Island and we really felt like in holidays down there... Miami beach is quite cool too !
A very nice WE, just next time I'll go by plane !!! It's quicker !!!

Awesome Thunderbird !!!

This WE, it was one of the main events of the sport aviation club for this fall semester : WE at Thunderbird airpark ! (http://www.thunderbirdairpark.com/)
This was really awesome !!! A grass strip lost in the middle of nowhere, a house on one side of the runway is just waiting for us... It is a very nice place. We spent a very good time there telling stories, sitting around a bonfire, having some beers and relaxing.
Then, when the morning comes, you just go the the planes and take off.
What a nice place, what a nice WE. I'm really looking forward to do it again, and this time I promise to bring my own cessna !
